Reconstructing the Energy Spectrum and Mass Composition of Primary Particles that Passes Through a Dielectric Medium for Different Cherenkov Arrays

Studying high-energy cosmic rays represents one of the most challenging topics in the Cosmic Rays and Astro particle Physics fields. The interaction of primary particles with atmospheric nuclei produces huge Extensive Air Shower and Cherenkov photon emissions that are diffused on the Earth's surface. This thesis discusses the energy spectrum and mass composition of the primary cosmic rays through the study of the knee region. The simulation of the Cherenkov radiation lateral distribution function in Extensive Air Shower is performed with the CORSIKA code for Tunka-133, Yakutsk, and Chacaltaya arrays.
