The present study is dedicated to the analysis of the events in Iran after Mahsa Amini‘s Crisis in selected American and Iranian newspapers. The protests are of interest to many national and international newspapers which took the events into serious consideration. The selected newspapers use linguistic features, discursive strategies and ideologies which make the language of these newspapers somehow ambiguous and have different interpretations. This study investigates the explicit and implicit ideologies espoused by the editors, which make it challenging for regular readers to understand their language.
